The "Guaranteed Bouquet Photo" is an optional service you can add to your order.

You will receive a photo of the finished bouquet right before it is dispatched. We will send the photo via messenger (Viber, Telegram) or by email — so you can see exactly how the bouquet looks before delivery.

Why is this useful?
— In the flower business, fresh seasonal flowers are used, and sometimes the bouquet may vary slightly from the catalog image (for example, flower shades or packaging).
— The "Guaranteed Photo" service gives you the chance to view the final bouquet and confirm it before delivery.

Important:

  • The photo is taken during the packaging process, just before the courier dispatches your order.

  • It is not a professional photoshoot, but a control photo for confirming the composition and quality.

  • The service is available for most bouquets and arrangements, except for express and night deliveries.

Service price: 150* UAH.

Delivery:
The service is added to your order. Bouquet delivery terms remain standard:
– within Kyiv and major cities — same day (if paid before 18:00)
– across Ukraine, to small towns and remote villages — 1–2 days (preferably order in advance).

1.Delivery in Kyiv
  •  We guarantee same day flower delivery in Kiev if ordered before 18.00 Kiev time 
  •  flower delivery in Kiev is carried out daily in time intervals (9.00-14.00), (14.00-18: 00), (18: 00-22: 00)*
  • *after feb 24 2022 min delivery fee 100UAH 
  • Toll flower delivery:

  • Morning * (9: 00-10: 00) - 199 UAH.

  • Night delivery * (20: 00-23: 00) - 250 UAH.

  • Delivery in the daytime specified by you (09.00 - 19.00) is 99 UAH.

  • Delivery to the suburbs (up to 20 km from the city limits of Kiev) is 250 UAH.
  • Meeting with flowers at Boryspil airport - 700 UAH (cost excluding flower production)
  • * Delivery early in the morning and night delivery must be issued no later than 18.00 of the previous day.

  • In small cities and villages across Ukraine if ordered before 12.00 Kiev time
